Every timepiece undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before being prepared for shipment. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.
02.Delivery Timelines
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your The Zayron watch arrives safely.
- Within Pakistan: Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.
- International Shipping: Delivery typically spans 7–15 business days. Please note that import duties and foreign taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
03.Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via Email or WhatsApp. We recommend monitoring your shipment through the courier’s official portal. If tracking data is not visible after 48 hours of dispatch, please reach out to our team.
04.Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy
Accuracy is essential for luxury service. The Zayron is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details or customer unavailability. If a package is returned to us due to these factors, reshipping charges will apply.
05.Damaged or Missing Items
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please capture clear photo/video evidence within 24 hours of receipt. Contact our support team immediately and retain all original packaging materials for investigation.
06.External Delays
While we strive for punctuality, timelines may fluctuate due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, or high-volume sale seasons. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
