01.Quartz Collection Policy
You may return your quartz watch within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product amount (excluding shipping & handling).
- Condition: Must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all protective films and tags intact.
- Inspection: Every return undergoes a strict quality check. Items showing wear, scratches, or marks will be returned to the sender.
- Logistics: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked shipping as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
02.Smartwatch Policy
Due to the nature of electronic components, Smartwatches cannot be returned for "change of mind."
- Eligibility: Returns apply only to products that are faulty or damaged on arrival.
- Warranty Terms: Warranty is valid only if the device is used according to our guidelines (e.g., no fast chargers, maintaining Bluetooth range).
- Medical Disclaimer: Smartwatch data is for reference only and should not be used for medical diagnosis.
03.Warranty Limitations
The Zayron reserves the right to refuse a return or void a warranty if:
- The device shows signs of impact, moisture damage, or dirt accumulation.
- The product has been opened or repaired by unauthorized persons.
- Original packaging, manuals, or accessories are missing.
04.The Refund Process
Once your return is approved following inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
